Food & Water Watch is looking for a temporary organizer to join our team and help organize the Movement to End Fossil Fuels. The organizer will work closely with volunteers, community partners, and other staff at Food & Water Watch. This is a full-time temporary position with an end date of September 30th. The organizer will work remotely and may be based anywhere in the United States.

About the position:
The organizer will report to the Strategic Organizing Projects Director and will work with other staff on the organizing teams to support Food & Water Watch’s work. The organizer will work on recruitment for the Movement to End Fossil Fuels, which is launching with distributed events in September. Primary responsibilities will be identifying, recruiting, and supporting volunteer leaders through individual outreach, coaching calls, webinars, and other similar activities.
Salary: $44,000-$60,000 annualized at a pro-rated rate, (depending on experience and location).
Location: Remote, anywhere in the United States
