About Us
Lead-Up is a leadership program designed for vulnerable youth. It teaches the youth about non-violent communication, trust-based relationships and empowered yet peaceful leadership through lessons with horses and specifically through the embodied experience of Join-Up®. Our goal is to reduce violence in the community by forming peaceful leaders across the globe, through the embodied experience of Join-Up and lessons learned from horses and from the equine herd.
