We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our hard-working team of HR professionals. Your problem-solving abilities, sense of ownership, and exceptional communication skills will enable your success in this role. You will develop and implement programs to engage, attract and recruit high-quality candidates with the goal of hiring the right people in the right roles. Additionally, your sense of responsiveness and service will make you a strong liaison with hiring managers and other colleagues attached to the hiring process. Travel Requirements:
There will be minimal travel in the local area to other local NWF offices in the DC metro area as needed. There may be limited travel throughout the year to attend conferences, meet with the People Team and other stakeholders.

This position will be based in our headquarters in Reston, VA. Physical Requirements of the Job:

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $67,000 - $73,000, commensurate with experience.
