Reporting to the Director, Major Giving and Donor Engagement, the Manager of Individual Giving is a new opportunity aimed at growing our major donor membership program, the Justice Network, and our 1876 Legacy Circle.
The Manager will be responsible for strengthening and marketing the Justice Network to prospective donors, managing and administering Justice Network benefits (such as events, updates, engagement opportunities) at every level of the program, and ensuring that members are solicited and communicated with on a regular basis. A prime focus of the manager will be to identify new prospects and market the program through a variety of channels (via email, website, direct mail) to build a steady pipeline of new Justice Network members and encourage upgraded memberships within the Network.
