Durango Devo is seeking a passionate, motivated, and professional leader with knowledge and experience in non-profit leadership, financial oversight, fundraising and relationship building, and strategic planning and decision-making. This is a full-time, overtime-exempt, salaried position. The starting salary range for the Executive Director is $60,000-$70,000 per year, paid monthly. The Executive Director is eligible to receive a Benefits Allowance Stipend of up to 12% of the base salary. This position is eligible for year-end bonuses for excellent performance.
Time demands will vary throughout the year, but will average 40 hours per week. Expect to occasionally exceed 40 hours per week during peak operating seasons. The Executive Director may set their own working schedule and office hours and may work remotely, but must be available in person to help with key events, programs, and trips.
