Description
Legal Services of New Jersey has an immediate opening for an attorney to represent low-income clients in SSI/SSDIB matters throughout New Jersey, before the Social Security Office of Hearings and Appeals, the Appeals Council and federal court. We will consider individuals with various level of relevant legal experience: those with SSI/SSDIB experience as well as recent graduates with a significant interest in social security/disability law and a commitment to advocacy on behalf of low-income marginalized people including individuals who may be coping with a variety of physical and psychological impairments. Bi-lingual/Spanish is a plus.
