Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer will support SAA HR in executing the overall human capital strategy and day-to-day operations. The human capital strategy supports our commitment to recruit, sustain, develop, recognize, and reward a high-quality workforce, while creating a culture of high achievement for all employees. The Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer must be an experienced and accomplished human resources professional and a key connector to other departments and stakeholders (internal and external) that support the SAA. The Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer will ensure that the human resources team is partnering with departments to build an organizational culture that is inclusive and reflective of our core values.
A clear track record of managing and organizing human resources best practices that lead to efficient and effective outcomes for the human resources department. Fifteen years of experience in one or more human capital functions (e.g., recruitment, professional development, performance management) ideally in a government entity, or related, various industries. Three years of supervisory management experience. SHRM – CP/ SCP certification is highly desired.
