The Institutional Advancement Associate is a full-time staff member who reports directly to the Director of Institutional Advancement. The Associate supports the Director and IA team colleagues with development (fundraising campaigns, grants management, donor cultivation and stewardship) communications, and alumni relations to achieve institutional advancement goals aligned with Gratz’s College’s mission and strategic plan.
