You are an early-career professional with a passion for community engagement and career education. You enjoy communicating with a variety of stakeholders and have strong follow-through to ensure internal team members and partners receive the details and documents needed for successful educational project outcomes. You are organized, collaborative, flexible, and produce high-quality work with a strong eye for detail.
You have experience with diverse communities, including but not limited to people of color, women, people with lower incomes, LGBTQ individuals, rural residents, and justice-impacted individuals who have faced obstacles to employment. You are excited by the idea of helping these new workers find living wages and high road careers consisting of quality employment with clear advancement opportunities in the sustainable building industry, as well as helping existing workers develop and deepen their knowledge of green building practices.
In this role, you will support Earth Advantage’s workforce training team, which educates new and existing workers on best practices and opportunities within sustainable residential construction. The primary function of this role involves working with a team to coordinate training deliveries (offered online and in-person) and communicate with participants.
$27.81 hourly wage
