Enso Village is a Zen-inspired community with a focus on mindful aging, the joys of nature, sustainability and contemplative life and care for adults 60+. Enso Village represents a creative collaboration between two exemplary not-for-profit organizations, the San Francisco Zen Center and The Kendal Corporation (TKC), through their subsidiaries Zen Inspired Senior Living LLC (ZISL) and Kendal Aging.

Compensación
- A bachelor’s degree which meets the minimum state licensure requirements is required. A bachelor’s or advanced degree in health administration or business administration is preferred.
- Must possess an active, unencumbered RCFE license issued by the state of California or be able to obtain one prior to the start date of this position.
- Demonstrated administrative competence and/or supervisory experience in senior living.
- Working knowledge of reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures.
- Working knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care administration.
- Proficiency or ability to become proficient in the utilization of an electronic medical record system.
