Revitalize San Pedro Partnership Inc (RSPP) is seeking a contractor to serve as Executive Director to help grow and strengthen the organization and move RSPP toward achieving its short term goals of completing the NM MainStreet Accelerator benchmarks and successful implementation of its 2023-2024 Action Plan. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors to increase the organization’s capacity to support fundraising, promotional and marketing activities, economic development programs, and capital projects. Education and/or at least two years experience preferred in commercial district revitalization, economic development, finance, public relations, planning business administration – public administration, non–profit or volunteer administration, architecture, historic preservation, small business development or related field. The Executive Director will report directly to the President of the Board of Directors. The Executive Director will develop strong relationships with businesses along the San Pedro Corridor between I-40 and Central Avenue in mid-town Albuquerque; maintain RSPP's website and social media accounts; prepare written and digital communications; comply with all RSPP's adopted policies and procedures; help recruit, train and manage volunteers as needed; work with the Board to apply for appropriate funding; maintain appropriate records and accounts; and participate in appropriate skills development and training, including that provided by NM MainStreet.

Level of Language Proficiency
