Position Overview: Are you a dynamic, organized and motivated individual looking to make a tangible impact in your community? LEADS is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in advancing our mission and scaling our organization. Reporting to the president of LEADS, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, helping us translate our strategic objectives into operational success, overseeing the development and implementation of efficient internal systems to support our growth and ensure that our programs run smoothly and efficiently.   You will manage program logistics, vendor relationships, internal systems, and support financial and social media strategies, contributing to the growth and impact of our mission-driven organization.
