We're seeking a Senior Director of Community and Partnerships to lead our efforts in engaging key stakeholders - from our incredible alumni network and dedicated volunteer advisors to influential universities and corporations. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of social entrepreneurship in Rhode Island and beyond.
In this role, you will:
Be a Relationship Builder: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with our 250+ volunteer advisors, fostering a vibrant community and maximizing their collective impact.
Champion Our Alumni: Design and implement a robust alumni engagement strategy, including a new paid membership program, ensuring our alumni have the resources they need to thrive.
Drive Business Development: Secure new earned revenue opportunities and funding partnerships, expanding our reach and ensuring our long-term sustainability.
Be a Strategic Leader: Develop and implement innovative approaches to partnerships and engagement, aligning with SEG's strategic plan and amplifying our impact.
We're looking for someone who is:
A Proven Leader: You have significant experience in senior management roles, ideally within the nonprofit, social enterprise, or community development sectors.
A Strategic Thinker: You excel at strategic planning and execution, with a knack for aligning partnerships and initiatives with organizational goals.
A Relationship Maestro: You build strong, authentic relationships with ease and have a talent for bringing people together around a shared vision.
A Passionate Advocate: You are a compelling communicator with a deep commitment to social impact and a gift for inspiring others.
