Hours: 10 AM - 4 PM, Monday-Friday

Location: Can be performed mostly remote (On-site option available in DC)

Pay: $25/hour


We are seeking an administrative assistant for a client, a higher education dental membership association in DC. The assignment runs from August 2024 to January 2025. The position entails working 5-6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, preferably from 10 AM to 4 PM EST, with a 30-minute or 1-hour unpaid lunch break. The role is based in the Office of Educational Services within the Policy and Education Research department, reporting to the Senior Director of Data Analytics.


Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and coordinating biweekly MS Teams meetings for 8 project teams.
  • Note-taking and preparing meeting summaries.
  • Tracking communication with team members.
  • Handling routine support requests from team members.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Teams.
  • Attention to detail and meticulous focus on time-sensitive materials and activities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with colleagues and members.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment and collaborate with individuals from different backgrounds.
