DCM Inc. is currently looking for candidates to join our team as a Strategy Associate!

The Strategy Associate works closely with the Chief Strategist to support all aspects of telemarketing/telefundraising campaigns for performing arts organizations and advocacy organizations. The Strategy Associate will work directly with the Chief Strategist and  must be able to manage a campaign support tasks from inception to completion effectively. This includes but is not limited to: supporting campaign managers, designing and implementing campaigns (projections, goals, messaging, and reporting), building and maintaining excellent relationships with DCM peers and campaign managers. 

A successful candidate will be comfortable using excel and interpreting metrics, and thrives in working to deliver the best outcome for our campaign's mission and goals.  A firm grasp of the performing arts industry and/or political advocacy is a plus, but not mandatory.

The ideal candidate for this role is both technically skilled in data management and deeply passionate about the art world, blending proficiency with a keen understanding of artistic needs. They are approachable, collaborative, and eager to learn, ensuring a positive work environment and effective insights.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in this field, including knowledge of marketing and/or development, preferably with an arts and/or political advocacy organization
  • High School Diploma required, some college preferred but not necessary. Our staff has a variety of backgrounds and life experience, ranging from college to performing and beyond. We are confident we can train the right person for this job.
  • Ability to work independently from home and demonstrate team supervision remotely
  • Superior analytical skills

  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Solid computer skills, including familiarity with Word and Excel
  • Self motivated to achieve objectives and campaign goals
  • Deadline driven
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize

  • Willing to travel

This is Part-Time and Non-Exempt position, up to 30 hours/week with room for advancement as DCM is committed to growth and development within our company. This position is hybrid position, with in-person meetings expected at our midtown Manhattan office.
