Responsibilities:

As an ESL Instructor, you will provide comprehensive basic skills and ESL instruction to adult learners, tailoring your approach to meet their unique goals and assessment data. You will have the opportunity to foster meaningful connections with students, providing personalized instruction through one-on-one sessions, small group activities, and a dedicated large class, all geared towards creating a dynamic and supportive learning environment.

We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of adult testing procedures, adult pedagogy, student educational counseling, student advocacy, adult curriculum development, and local workforce partnerships. Your role will involve assessing each student's abilities, developing personalized educational plans, and offering guidance and instruction to ensure they maximize their educational experience.
