The Clinical Supervisor will set a positive tone/morale for the team; will model Aspire’s mission and professional culture; and will provide clinical supervision for Masters per regulation and licensing requirements. The role will assure all clinical documentation meets the organization’s standard of care; monitors risk; ensures quality of care and compliance are adhered to; and promotes evidence-based practices. The Clinical Supervisor, with the Program Director and Training Department, will have input in design and development of clinical training to help foster growth and professional development of clinical staff. This job will require the clinical supervisor to stay current regarding all relevant professional literature.
